Neoadjuvant WX-0593 in Resectable ALK-positive or ROS1-positive Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

This study is testing a drug called WX-0593 given before surgery in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that carries specific gene changes (ALK or ROS1 mutations). The goal is to shrink the tumor before it is surgically removed. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with NSCLC confirmed by biopsy - Your tumor tests positive for ALK or ROS1 gene mutations - Your cancer is at stage IB through IIIA - Surgery to remove the cancer is considered possible by your medical team - You are in good overall health (ECOG 0–1) - You have at least one measurable tumor **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have received prior systemic treatment for your lung cancer - Your cancer is at a more advanced stage - You have inadequate organ function Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
