This study is testing an online checklist tool designed to help patients with bone cancer (sarcoma) and their caregivers communicate their physical and mobility needs with their healthcare team — including things like transportation, home access, and daily functioning after surgery or during treatment. The goal is to improve care planning and quality of life. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older with a diagnosis of sarcoma (a type of bone or soft tissue cancer) - You have had limb-preserving surgery or an amputation within the last 6 months, OR have stage IV sarcoma currently being treated - You speak English and can access the internet (computer or similar device) - Caregivers (family members or friends identified by patients) who are 18 or older are also eligible **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not meet the above criteria Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
