Prospective Registry of Young-Adult Patients Diagnosed With Pancreatic Cancer

This study is building a registry of younger adults (55 and under) who have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The goal is to better understand why pancreatic cancer occurs at a younger age, and to collect data that could lead to earlier detection and better treatments. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 55 years old at the time of your pancreatic cancer diagnosis - You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (specifically pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma) - You are willing to provide written consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a different type of pancreatic tumor (such as neuroendocrine tumors, cholangiocarcinoma, or ampullary cancer) - You are under 18 or over 55 at the time of diagnosis - You are unwilling or unable to give consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
