This study is collecting blood samples from people with serious psychiatric conditions to study inflammation — specifically, how the immune system is activated in conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression with psychotic features. This is a biobank study, not a treatment trial. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older and weigh at least 45 kg - You have been diagnosed by a psychiatrist with one of the following: major depressive episode with psychotic features, bipolar disorder type I or II, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, or schizophreniform disorder - You are currently receiving psychiatric care at Nantes University Hospital (France) - You are covered by social security and have given informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are pregnant - You have had cancer in the last 5 years - You received a vaccination in the last 4 weeks - You have an active or chronic infection - You have had an organ transplant or autoimmune disease - You have hearing impairment Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
