Neurophysiologic Biomarkers for Cognitive Rehabilitation

This study is looking for brain activity patterns (called biomarkers) that can predict how well someone with schizophrenia or a similar psychotic disorder will respond to cognitive rehabilitation — a type of therapy that helps improve thinking and memory skills. The study also includes healthy volunteers for comparison. **You may be eligible if...** - You have a diagnosis of a chronic psychotic disorder (e.g., schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder), OR you are a healthy individual with no active mental health condition - You speak and read English fluently - You have no significant hearing or vision impairment **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have used substances (other than cannabis) in the past 30 days - You have a significant neurological illness or intellectual disability - You are a healthy volunteer with a past diagnosis of a psychotic disorder - You are unable to give informed consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
