This study is assessing whether performing a CT coronary angiogram (a detailed scan of the heart's arteries) before catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation (AF) helps identify patients with unexpected heart artery disease that might change their treatment plan. **You may be eligible if...** - You are over 18 years old - You have been referred for catheter ablation (a heart rhythm procedure) for atrial fibrillation at Gentofte Hospital in Denmark - This may be your first ablation or a repeat procedure **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You already have known coronary artery (heart artery) disease - You are currently taking statin medication (which suggests known cardiovascular disease) - You have a contrast allergy or other contraindication to coronary CT scanning - You had a recent normal coronary CT scan within the past 3 years Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
