This study compares low-dose spiral breast CT (a 3D X-ray scan of the breast) with MRI to determine if CT can be a more accessible alternative for situations where MRI is currently used — such as evaluating unclear findings, staging breast cancer before surgery, or checking breast health after treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman aged 18 or older - You have been referred for breast MRI for one of the following reasons: inconclusive imaging findings, pre-surgical staging, monitoring response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy, post-breast-conserving treatment follow-up, or unexplained nipple discharge **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are under 18 - You are male - You do not have one of the specific indications for breast MRI Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
