This is a registry study (observational — no experimental treatment) collecting data on patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), a specialized procedure to remove early abnormal growths from the lining of the digestive tract (esophagus, stomach, small intestine, or colon) without traditional surgery. **You may be eligible if...** - You are over 18 years old - You have an early abnormal growth (such as a polyp, adenoma, or early tumor) in the digestive tract being treated with ESD - You are willing to give informed consent for data collection **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are under 18 years old - You are unwilling to give informed consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
