A Multicenter, RCT Study of the Clinical Efficacy of Robotic and Laparoscopic Gastrectomy in Neoadjuvant Gastric Cancer

This study is comparing robotic-assisted surgery versus laparoscopic (traditional keyhole) surgery for patients with stomach cancer who have already received chemotherapy or immunotherapy before surgery (called neoadjuvant therapy), to see which surgical approach leads to better recovery and outcomes. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18–75 years old - You have confirmed stomach cancer and have received 2–4 cycles of chemotherapy (with or without targeted therapy or immunotherapy) - After initial treatment, your cancer is still operable (can be surgically removed) - You are in generally good health before surgery (ECOG 0–1) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer has spread to distant organs - You have serious heart, lung, or other conditions that make surgery unsafe - You are pregnant Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
