A Study of Neurodegeneration and Neuronal Fluctuations in Lewy Body Disease and Alzheimer's Disease

This study is investigating changes in brain structure and activity in people with Lewy body disease (a type of dementia) and Alzheimer's disease, using MRI and EEG brain scans to better understand how these diseases affect the brain and how symptoms fluctuate over time. **You may be eligible if...** - You use English as your primary language - You have been diagnosed with Lewy body disease or Alzheimer's disease by a board-certified neurologist - OR you are a healthy individual willing to participate as a comparison participant - You are willing to undergo cognitive assessments, MRI, and EEG brain scans - You are capable of giving informed consent (with caregiver assistance if needed) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a condition that prevents MRI (e.g., certain metal implants) - You are unable to comply with study procedures - You do not have a diagnosis of LBD or AD and do not qualify as a healthy control Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
