Local Cecal Cancer - Optimization of Surgical Treatment

This study compares different surgical approaches for treating localized cancer of the cecum (the beginning of the large intestine), with the goal of finding the best surgical strategy to remove the cancer and nearby lymph nodes while minimizing complications. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years old or older - You have been confirmed to have colon adenocarcinoma (the most common form of colon cancer) - Your cancer is at clinical stage T1–T3, with lymph node involvement (N+) and no distant spread (M0) - You are well enough to undergo surgery **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have another active or recent cancer - Your tumor has grown beyond the colon wall (stage T4 or higher) - Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) - Your tumor is causing a blockage or perforation requiring emergency surgery - You have already received chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant chemotherapy) - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
