This study tests whether watching an informational video before a procedure called external cephalic version (ECV) — where a doctor manually turns a breech baby (bottom-first) to a head-down position — reduces anxiety and improves a woman's understanding and decision-making about the procedure. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman between 18 and 45 years old - You are carrying a single baby (not twins) - You are between 36 weeks 0 days and 38 weeks 0 days pregnant - You have been admitted for an external cephalic version procedure because your baby is in a breech position **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have had a previous cesarean section - You have low amniotic fluid (oligohydramnios) - You have previously had an ECV attempted - Your baby is in a position where ECV has already been attempted and failed Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
