This study is testing GT201, a personalized immune cell therapy made from your own tumor-fighting cells (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes or TILs), for women with advanced cervical cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. **You may be eligible if...** - You have advanced cervical cancer that has spread or cannot be treated with standard therapy - You have at least one tumor that can be safely removed and used to prepare your personalized cell therapy - You meet general health and organ function requirements **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have an active autoimmune disease or need immune-suppressing drugs (like high-dose steroids) - You have had a blood clot, stroke, or serious clotting event within the last 3 months - You have active, uncontrolled infections (including HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C) - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
