Speech Pattern Evaluation and Analysis for Knowledge of AD

This study is analyzing speech patterns — such as subtle changes in how people talk — to see whether these changes can detect early signs of Alzheimer's disease before cognitive symptoms become obvious. Participants complete voice recordings as part of their usual research study visit. **You may be eligible if...** - You are already enrolled in the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (W-ADRC) or WRAP study - You are cognitively unimpaired or have mild cognitive impairment (MCI) — not full dementia - You are between 40 and 80 years old - You have had a study visit within the past or upcoming 12 months - Blood plasma Alzheimer's markers have been collected as part of your existing enrollment **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are not currently enrolled in W-ADRC or WRAP - You have a diagnosis of dementia - You have a major neurological condition or speech disorder - You are unable or unwilling to consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
