This study is collecting blood and tissue samples from people with plasma cell disorders — a group of conditions in which abnormal plasma cells build up in the bone marrow. The conditions range from a pre-cancer stage (MGUS) to full multiple myeloma and plasma cell leukemia. The goal is to create a sample bank to support future research into better diagnostics and treatments. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with MGUS (precancerous plasma cell condition), smouldering multiple myeloma, multiple myeloma, or plasma cell leukemia - You are willing and able to give written informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already received treatment for your plasma cell condition (with very limited exceptions) - You have had serious reactions to blood donation in the past (such as fainting or severe allergic reactions) - There are personal, social, or logistical circumstances that would prevent you from completing the study requirements Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
