This study is testing a combination of two drugs — irinotecan liposome (a chemotherapy delivered in tiny fat particles) and anlotinib (a drug that cuts off blood supply to tumors) — as a second-line treatment for small cell lung cancer (SCLC) that has come back after initial chemotherapy. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 75 years old - You have confirmed small cell lung cancer - Your cancer came back or kept growing within 6 months of completing platinum-based chemotherapy - You have at least one measurable tumor on imaging - You are in reasonably good health (ECOG score 0–2) - Your expected survival is more than 3 months - Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and other organ functions meet minimum requirements **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have large cell neuroendocrine lung cancer or a mixed type - You have uncontrolled fluid around the lungs or heart, or uncontrolled brain metastases - You have had a serious bleeding event within the past 3 months - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have uncontrolled high blood pressure or thyroid disease Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
