Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This study compares two treatments for low back pain that develops after childbirth — a hands-on spinal manipulation technique targeting the sacroiliac joint (the joint connecting the lower spine to the pelvis), versus a program of pelvic stabilization exercises. Both are non-surgical approaches to reduce postpartum lower back pain. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman between 20 and 40 years old - You are at least 6 weeks postpartum (after a vaginal delivery) - You have low back pain after delivery - Your pain worsens with specific movement tests (FABER, high thrust, or Gaenslen test) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You delivered by C-section - Your pain is caused by inflammation, cancer, or a neurological condition - You have a neurological deficit, severe trauma, pelvic fracture, osteoporosis, or spinal stenosis Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.

OTHERpelvic stabilization exercises

Heating pad for 10- 15 mints Pelvic stabilization exercises include Bridging (3 sets x 10 reps with 10 secs hold) Pelvic Tilt exercise(3 sets x 10 reps with 10 secs hold) Bird-Dog Exercise (3 sets x 10 reps with 10 secs hold) clamshell Exercise (3 sets x 10 reps with 10 secs hold) .3 sessions per week will be given for 4 weeks.
