This study is testing a new immunotherapy drug (QL1706) combined with standard chemotherapy, with or without bevacizumab (a drug that cuts off tumor blood supply), as a first-line treatment for patients with advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 75 years old - You have been diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy or cytology - Your cancer is unresectable (cannot be surgically removed) or has spread to other organs - You have not yet received any systemic treatment for advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer - You have at least one measurable tumor on imaging - Your general health score is 0 or 1 (ECOG) with adequate organ function and life expectancy of at least 3 months **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have previously received chemotherapy or other systemic treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer - You have serious organ dysfunction (heart, liver, kidneys, or bone marrow) - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
