Memory-like Natural Killer (NK) Cell Therapy in Patients With Renal Cell Carcinoma or Urothelial Carcinoma

This study tests a type of immune cell therapy called "memory-like NK cell therapy" in patients with advanced kidney cancer or bladder/urinary tract cancer. Natural killer (NK) cells are immune cells that fight cancer, and this approach trains them to have a stronger, longer-lasting response. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years or older - You have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic clear cell kidney cancer, translocation kidney cancer, chromophobe kidney cancer, or urothelial (bladder/urinary tract) cancer - You have at least one measurable tumor on a scan - Your general health and organ function are adequate for treatment **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have active brain metastases - You have active autoimmune disease requiring treatment - You have had prior CAR-T or other cell therapy - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have significant infections or other serious medical conditions Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
