InvesT1D: Promoting Adolescent Investment in Diabetes Care

This study is testing an incentive-based program to help teenagers with type 1 diabetes be more consistent with using their continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and taking their insulin doses, aiming to improve long-term diabetes health outcomes. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a teenager diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for at least 12 months - You use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) but wear it less than 70% of the time - OR you take insulin boluses (mealtime doses) fewer than 3 times per day on average - You have a mobile phone to receive updates - Your caregiver is willing to participate **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You already wear your CGM more than 70% of the time AND take insulin more than 3 times per day - You have major health conditions beyond diabetes that significantly affect daily life - You are a ward of the state - Your caregiver is unwilling to participate Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
