This study tests a three-drug combination — avutometinib, defactinib, and letrozole — in women with a specific type of slow-growing ovarian cancer called low-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (LGSOC), which often doesn't respond well to standard chemotherapy. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with low-grade serous ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer - Your cancer has come back or continued growing despite previous treatment - You are post-menopausal or willing to use effective contraception - Your liver, kidneys, and bone marrow are functioning adequately - You are at least 18 years old **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have received prior treatment with a MEK inhibitor or FAK inhibitor - Your cancer has spread to the brain in an uncontrolled way - You have significant eye problems (certain retinal conditions) - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have serious heart problems or uncontrolled high blood pressure Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
