Telephone-coached "Graphic Narrative" Bibliotherapy for Dementia Caregivers

This study tests a phone-coached "graphic narrative" bibliotherapy program — using illustrated stories (similar to graphic novels) paired with telephone coaching — to help reduce depression in unpaid caregivers of people living with dementia. Caring for someone with dementia is exhausting, and caregivers often suffer from depression themselves. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older and caring unpaid for a family member or friend with early to moderate dementia - You provide at least 14 hours of care per week and have been doing so for at least 3 months - You have depressive symptoms - You are able to read - You use a messaging application on a phone **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have an unstable physical or mental health condition - You have cognitive impairment yourself - You are currently receiving treatment (medical or psychological) for depression - You are participating in another interventional study Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
