The therapy is designed to help people understand and change these long-standing patterns. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with a personality disorder based on a structured clinical interview (using DSM-5 alternative model criteria) - You are able to read and sign an informed consent form **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or another psychotic disorder - You have bipolar disorder - You have autism spectrum disorder - You have an intellectual disability - You are currently receiving any medication or psychological therapy for a mental health condition Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
