This study is testing a combination of an immune checkpoint therapy (cadonilimab) plus chemotherapy as a first-line treatment for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have very low expression of a protein called PD-L1, which typically makes immunotherapy less effective on its own. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 80 years old - You have advanced, metastatic, or recurrent NSCLC confirmed by biopsy - Your tumor has less than 1% PD-L1 expression - Your tumor does not have EGFR or ALK mutations - You have not had prior systemic treatment for advanced disease - You have adequate blood counts and organ function - Your life expectancy is more than 3 months **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have active brain metastases causing symptoms - You have an autoimmune condition requiring systemic treatment - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have had a serious infection recently - You have another active cancer Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
