This study evaluates the outcomes of combining two surgical procedures — GATT (a minimally invasive eye surgery using a tiny tube to open drainage channels) and goniosynechiolysis (breaking apart adhesions that block drainage in the eye) — for patients with a specific type of glaucoma caused by the iris sticking to the drainage angle of the eye. **You may be eligible if...** - You have secondary synechial angle-closure glaucoma (where part of the iris has stuck to the eye's drainage angle) - More than half of your eye's drainage angle (more than 180 degrees) is blocked - Your eye pressure is not controlled despite maximum medication **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have primary angle-closure glaucoma - You have neovascular glaucoma (caused by abnormal blood vessel growth) - You have other retinal or corneal conditions - You need cataract surgery at the same time as the glaucoma procedure Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
