Adjuvant Adebrelimab Plus Apatinib for Participants With HCC at High-risk of Recurrence After Curative Resection

This study tests whether adebrelimab (an immunotherapy drug) combined with apatinib (a drug that cuts off blood supply to tumors) can prevent liver cancer from coming back after surgery. It focuses on patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who have features that make recurrence more likely, such as multiple tumors or vascular invasion. **You may be eligible if...** - You have had liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) removed with curative intent within the past 4–12 weeks - Your tumor had high-risk features for recurrence (e.g., multiple tumors, tumor >5 cm, vascular invasion, poor differentiation, or positive AFP) - Your liver function is adequate (Child-Pugh A or B ≤7 points) - You have not received any prior systemic anti-cancer treatment **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer was not completely removed or has already spread - You have poor liver function, active viral hepatitis (uncontrolled), or autoimmune hepatitis - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
