This is a real-world observational study in Brazil looking at how people with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are treated in clinical practice after their first platinum-based chemotherapy has stopped working. Researchers want to understand which second-line treatments are used and what outcomes patients experience. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older with confirmed advanced non-squamous NSCLC (stage IIIB/IIIC or IV) - You have received platinum-based chemotherapy and are being treated for disease that has progressed - You may have actionable genetic mutations (like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, etc.) or not **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have not received prior platinum-based chemotherapy - You meet specific exclusion criteria defined by the study investigators Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
