This is particularly important for girls and young women facing chemotherapy, radiation, or bone marrow transplants. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 0 and 35 years old - You have been diagnosed with cancer (such as leukemia, lymphoma, bone tumors, or sarcoma) - You are about to undergo treatment that could damage your fertility (chemotherapy, radiation, or major surgery) - You have hormone-sensitive cancer and are about to start treatment likely to harm your ovaries **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are not expected to undergo cancer treatment that threatens fertility - You are pregnant - You only have one ovary - You have significant medical or psychiatric conditions that make surgery too risky - You cannot provide consent or assent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
