Mobile Health Interventions to Prevent Heart Disease After Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy

This study is testing whether mobile health tools — including a blood pressure monitoring app and a wellness coaching program — can help women reduce their long-term risk of heart disease after experiencing high blood pressure during pregnancy (a condition called hypertensive disorder of pregnancy, or HDP). Women who have preeclampsia or gestational hypertension are at higher risk of heart problems later in life, and this trial wants to see if technology can help. **You may be eligible if...** - You gave birth at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Prentice Women's Hospital) - You had a live birth at any gestational age - Your pregnancy was complicated by newly developed high blood pressure, preeclampsia, or eclampsia **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You had HELLP syndrome (a severe pregnancy complication) - You had chronic conditions before pregnancy such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or kidney disease - You currently use Omron remote patient monitoring or the Noom app - Your BMI was below 18.5 kg/m² at enrollment - You had inadequate or negative gestational weight gain Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
