- You are 18 or older with an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has stopped responding to standard treatment, or no standard treatment is available

- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have had recent major surgery (within 4 weeks)
- You have a history of serious heart, liver, or kidney problems that cannot be adequately managed
