Phase 1 Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion Trial of NP-101 in Patients With Solid Tumors

This is an early-phase study testing a new drug called NP-101 to find the safest and most effective dose for patients with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread or come back after standard treatments). **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older with an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has stopped responding to standard treatment, or no standard treatment is available - You are in good general health (able to care for yourself) - You have adequate blood counts, liver function, and kidney function - Your heart pumps well (ejection fraction at least 50%) - You have completed prior cancer treatment at least 2–6 weeks ago (depending on the type) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer involves only the brain (primary brain tumor) - You have uncontrolled infections or certain autoimmune diseases requiring high-dose steroids - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have had recent major surgery (within 4 weeks) - You have a history of serious heart, liver, or kidney problems that cannot be adequately managed Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
