This study is testing whether a focused, high-dose radiation technique called stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) — which targets individual tumor spots with great precision — can help patients with a limited number of metastases (cancer spread to 1–10 sites) live longer when added to standard treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are age 1 or older - You have lung, prostate, or colorectal cancer that has spread to 1–10 places in the body (or any cancer type for the 4th trial group) - Your cancer has been recently assessed with imaging within the past few months - You are in reasonably good health overall **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have signs of interstitial lung disease (scarring in the lungs) on prior CT scans — if uncertain, a lung specialist must clear you first - You are pregnant - Your cancer has spread to more than 10 sites (for the first three groups) - Your general health status is too poor to tolerate radiotherapy Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
