This study is comparing three types of dental crowns for children's back baby teeth (primary molars): ready-made zirconia crowns (the current standard), custom-made computer-designed zirconia crowns, and new 3D-printed resin crowns, to evaluate which fits better, looks better, and is kinder to the surrounding gum tissue. Ready-made crowns often require aggressive tooth shaping to fit, and this study explores whether custom-made alternatives can reduce that problem. You may be eligible if you are a child aged 5 to 8 years with a healthy upper or lower second baby molar that needs a crown and can cooperate with dental treatment. Participation involves receiving one of the three crown types at a dental visit and attending follow-up appointments to evaluate how the crown is holding up.
