This study is comparing single-port endoscopic breast-conserving surgery (a minimally invasive approach using just one small incision) versus traditional open surgery for women with early-stage breast cancer, to see which approach has better outcomes. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman between 20 and 70 years old - You have been diagnosed with breast cancer confirmed by biopsy - Your tumor is smaller than 5 cm and is at an early stage (stage 0 to II) - You are scheduled for either endoscopic or traditional open breast-conserving surgery **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have cancer in both breasts - You need breast reconstruction after surgery - Your medical records are incomplete - Your breast-conserving surgery was converted to a full mastectomy during the procedure Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
