Vitamin C Plus Cordyceps to Quality of Life in Patients With Terminal Stage Pancreatic Cancer

This study is testing whether a combination of high-dose Vitamin C and a supplement called Cordyceps (a medicinal mushroom extract) can improve quality of life for patients with end-stage (terminal) pancreatic cancer who have already received two lines of standard treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 80 years old - You have confirmed metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma (confirmed by biopsy) - Your cancer has progressed after at least two lines of treatment - You have good enough organ function - You have at least one measurable tumor on imaging - Your expected survival is at least 1 month **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer is not adenocarcinoma (a different type of pancreatic cancer) - You have active digestive tract inflammation (pancreatitis, cholecystitis, etc.) - You are pregnant or nursing - You have G6PD enzyme deficiency (a genetic blood condition) - You have kidney failure or are on dialysis - You have other serious medical conditions Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
