This could make post-surgery care more convenient and less burdensome. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 21 years old or older - You have had surgery to remove colorectal cancer (colon or rectal) with the goal of a cure, within the past 6 months - Your cancer has not spread to distant organs - You are currently receiving or scheduled to receive standard post-surgery follow-up **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are receiving treatment for another active cancer - You have cognitive or language barriers that prevent using the digital follow-up tools - You are unable to provide written informed consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
