This study is testing a new drug called ivonescimab — a combination immunotherapy agent that targets both PD-1 and VEGF — in patients whose glioblastoma (a very aggressive brain tumor) has come back after standard treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older with a confirmed diagnosis of glioblastoma (IDH-wildtype, WHO Grade 4) - Your tumor has returned after standard radiation therapy, with or without temozolomide chemotherapy - This is your first or second recurrence - Your functional status (Karnofsky score) is 60 or above, meaning you can care for yourself to some extent - You have measurable disease on brain MRI **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are on high doses of steroids - You have certain types of bleeding disorders or are taking blood thinners - Your recurrence occurred within 12 weeks of finishing radiation (unless biopsy-confirmed) - You have significant heart or vascular conditions Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
