This study is testing a tofacitinib 2% cream — a medication applied directly to the skin — for people with early-stage cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), a type of slow-growing blood cancer that primarily shows up as skin rashes or patches. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years or older - You have been diagnosed with CTCL at stage IA, IB, or IIA, confirmed by skin biopsy - For stage IIA, your lymph nodes show only mild involvement or none at all - Your blood shows no significant lymphoma involvement **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are under 18 years old - You have more advanced CTCL with significant lymph node or blood involvement - You have active serious infections or significant organ problems Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
