This study is testing the reliability of a new clinical scale called the Neuropsychiatric Fluctuations Scale, which measures non-movement symptoms of Parkinson's disease — such as mood changes, thinking difficulties, and pain — that can shift throughout the day. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 30 and 75 years old - You have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (not another Parkinson's-like condition) - You experience motor fluctuations (periods when your medication works well and periods when it doesn't) - Your Parkinson's medication has been stable for at least one month - You speak French **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a Parkinson's-like condition other than idiopathic Parkinson's disease - You have dementia (low score on memory/thinking test) - You are not on any Parkinson's medication, or your medication was recently changed - You are currently enrolled in another interventional study Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
