Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This study is collecting data on surgical outcomes for women who have had partial breast reconstruction using a technique called chest wall perforator flap (CWPF). This approach uses tissue from nearby chest muscles to reconstruct the breast after breast-conserving surgery (lumpectomy), helping preserve natural appearance. **You may be eligible if...** - You are undergoing partial breast reconstruction using CWPF as part of primary breast cancer treatment - OR you are having correction of a breast shape problem (deformity) after a previous lumpectomy - Your surgeon has completed at least 10 of these procedures previously - Your center expects to perform at least 10 per year **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are having a volume displacement breast-conserving surgery (a different technique) - You are having a full mastectomy (with or without immediate reconstruction) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
