This study is comparing three different surgical techniques for prostate cancer removal: a nerve-sparing robotic prostatectomy approach (Retzius-sparing with 'sandwich' urethral reconstruction), standard robotic prostatectomy, and traditional laparoscopic surgery. The goal is to determine which approach best preserves urinary continence and sexual function after surgery. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been newly diagnosed with prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy - Surgery is recommended as the primary treatment - You are 80 years old or younger - You agree to be randomly assigned to one of the three surgical techniques - You are able to fill out questionnaires on your own and provide written consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not have sufficient knowledge of German - You have significant cognitive impairment - Your BMI is above 35 (severe obesity) - You have serious conditions like liver cirrhosis, a second cancer, or cancer stage T4 - You had a previous cancer diagnosis within the last 3 years - You received hormone therapy within the last 3 months - You are immunocompromised or have a history of intermittent self-catheterization - You have chronic urinary infection or are on dialysis Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
