Validation and Impact of Cardiorespiratory Fitness in Severe Mental Illness - the Heart in Mind Project

This study (the Heart in Mind Project) examines whether people with serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder have lower cardiorespiratory fitness (heart and lung health), and whether fitness levels affect their health outcomes.
