This study is collecting and analyzing clinical data from patients diagnosed with primary ovarian leiomyosarcoma — an extremely rare type of cancer that starts in the smooth muscle cells of the ovary. Because this cancer is so uncommon, researchers are pooling data from multiple centers to better understand how it behaves and how best to treat it. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with primary leiomyosarcoma (smooth muscle cancer) of the ovary - Relevant diagnosis and treatment data are available in your medical records - You are between 18 and 99 years old **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a different type of ovarian sarcoma (such as rhabdomyosarcoma, fibrosarcoma, or stromal cell sarcoma) - You have been diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma of the uterus rather than the ovary Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
