This study is testing whether an AI-based computer model — trained to analyze CT images of kidney blood vessel patterns — can predict how well the kidney will function after a partial nephrectomy (surgery to remove only the tumor while preserving the rest of the kidney). This could help surgeons plan better and counsel patients before surgery. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with a small kidney tumor (clinical stage T1, confirmed on CT or MRI) - You are scheduled to undergo partial nephrectomy (kidney-sparing surgery) - Your cancer has not spread to lymph nodes or other organs - You are in good health for surgery (ECOG 0–1) and have a life expectancy of more than 10 years - Your kidney function before surgery is normal (eGFR at or above 90 mL/min) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your tumor cannot be surgically removed - Your pre-surgery kidney function is below normal - You have received targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or chemotherapy before or after surgery - Your surgery is converted to full kidney removal during the procedure Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
