This study is looking for biological markers (called biomarkers) in the blood or tissue of patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases — specifically ankylosing spondylitis (a type of spine arthritis), rheumatoid arthritis, or lupus — that could help doctors diagnose these conditions more accurately or track how well treatment is working. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, or lupus - If you take pain medications like NSAIDs, your dose has been stable for at least 14 days - If you take steroids (like prednisone), your dose has been stable and is within standard limits - If you take disease-modifying drugs (like methotrexate or hydroxychloroquine), your dose has been stable for at least 28 days - You are able to provide informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your medications have recently changed or are above certain dose limits - You have other significant medical conditions that could affect the study results Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
