Autologous Decidual-like Natural Killer Cells Therapy for Infertility or Adverse Pregnancy History

This study tests whether infusing a woman's own specially grown immune cells (called decidual-like NK cells) into the uterus can improve outcomes for women with unexplained infertility, repeated IVF failure, recurrent miscarriages, or pregnancy complications related to abnormal uterine immune function. **You may be eligible if...** - You have abnormal uterine natural killer (NK) cell function - You have experienced at least 2 unexplained miscarriages, repeated IVF failure, unexplained infertility, or early severe pregnancy hypertension or fetal growth restriction - You have a desire to become pregnant - Your ovarian function is normal, or you have frozen embryos available - Your uterine lining is at least 7mm thick - Your BMI is between 18 and 30 **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are currently using progesterone or other hormones that would interfere with the treatment - You have a uterine abnormality or active infection - You have a serious immune or blood condition Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
