This study is looking at whether a man's diet before IVF (in vitro fertilization) affects the tiny molecules in his sperm and ultimately the success of the IVF procedure. Participants will undergo a dietary intervention and researchers will analyze sperm samples before and after to look for changes. **You may be eligible if...** - You are the male biological partner in a couple about to start their first IVF treatment cycle - You have mature sperm cells present in a semen sample - You can read and speak Swedish - You currently eat an omnivore diet (meat and plant foods) - You are willing to abstain from nicotine and alcohol during the study **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have or have had cancer - You have had radiation therapy to the pelvic area - You have had chemotherapy - You have a known genetic or chromosomal condition - You have a food allergy Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
