Neoadjuvant ADG126 and Pembrolizumab in Locally Advanced Colorectal Cancer

This study is testing whether adding two immunotherapy drugs — ADG126 and pembrolizumab — to standard treatment before colorectal cancer surgery ("neoadjuvant" treatment) can shrink tumors and improve surgical outcomes in people with locally advanced colon or rectal cancer. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 21 or older with a confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer (adenocarcinoma) - Your cancer is at Stage II or III (meaning it has not spread to distant organs) - You are planned for upfront surgery without needing radiation or chemotherapy first (for rectal cancers) - You are otherwise in good health and able to tolerate surgery **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer has spread to other organs (Stage IV) - You have received prior chemotherapy or radiation for this cancer - You have active autoimmune disease or are on immunosuppressive drugs - You are pregnant or breastfeeding Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
