Designing a Tailored Primary Care Intervention to Manage the Burden of Caring for Patients Living with Alzheimer's Disease (or a Related Dementia)

This study works with healthcare professionals and family caregivers of Alzheimer's patients to design a better support system for caregivers in primary care settings. The goal is to reduce the emotional and physical burden of caring for someone with dementia. **You may be eligible if:** - You are a healthcare professional working in one of the participating primary care centres - You are an adult family member or informal caregiver of someone living with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia - You are a university expert such as a general practitioner, geriatric doctor, advanced practice nurse, or clinical psychologist involved in dementia care **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You are a paid professional caregiver (this study is specifically for unpaid family caregivers and healthcare staff) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
