This study is investigating whether the timing of the flu shot (morning versus afternoon) affects how well the immune system responds in people with chronic kidney disease, those on dialysis, or kidney transplant recipients. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have chronic kidney disease (stage 4 or 5), are on dialysis, or have had a kidney transplant - You are due for your flu vaccination this season **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a known allergy to the flu vaccine or eggs - You have already received a flu shot this season - You currently have an active infection or acute illness - You are receiving certain immune-suppressing treatments (such as anti-rejection medications started within the last 3–6 months) - You are receiving treatments that could affect blood antibody levels Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
