Hemithoracic Arc Radiotherapy Post Pleural Decortication

This study is testing whether radiation therapy given to the chest wall area after a surgical procedure to remove the lining around the lung (pleural decortication) helps control metastatic disease that has spread to the lung lining (pleura). **You may be eligible if...** - You have metastatic cancer that has spread to the pleura (lining around the lungs) - You have already undergone pleural decortication surgery - You are able to give informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your lung function tests (breathing tests) are too poor to tolerate radiation - Your cancer has already recurred or is being treated with palliative intent only - You are unable to complete the full course of radiation or attend follow-up visits Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
